إيركايرو ومجموعة أبوظبي للطيران توقّعان مذكرة تفاهم لإطلاق شراكة استراتيجية طويلة الأمد

في خطوة تعكس تنامي التعاون المصري الإماراتي في قطاع الطيران، شهدت فعاليات معرض العلمين الدولي للطيران والفضاء توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين شركة إيركايرو ومجموعة أبوظبي للطيران (ADA)، تمثل انطلاقة لشراكة استراتيجية طويلة الأمد تستهدف تأسيس منصة متكاملة للنمو، وتوسيع القدرات، وتعزيز التكامل التشغيلي والتجاري بين الجانبين.
و بحضور معالي وزير الطيران المدني الطيار سامح الحفني ، قام بتوقيّع مذكرة التفاهم عن مجموعة أبوظبي للطيران سعادة محمود الهاملي، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة و عن شركة إيركايرو الأستاذ حسين شريف، رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، الذي يقود جهود حثيثة لإيركايرو لتعزيز شراكاتها الاستراتيجية ودعم خططها الطموحة للتوسع والنمو.
وتستهدف المذكرة توظيف الخبرات والإمكانات والموارد المشتركة لدى الجانبين بما يدعم خطط إيركايرو الإستراتيجية و التشغيلية للنمو وتوسيع أسطولها، إلى جانب تطوير مجالات التعاون في تأجير الطائرات وحلول الأساطيل، وصيانة وإصلاح وعمرة الطائرات (MRO)، والتدريب، وتعزيز القدرات التشغيلية.
كما تضع المذكرة إطاراً للتعاون في التطوير المشترك لمشروعات وفرص استراتيجية جديدة في قطاع الطيران، سواء داخل مصر أو في الأسواق الإقليمية، بما يعزز فرص النمو المستدام ويرسخ مكانة الطرفين كشريكين فاعلين في منظومة الطيران الإقليمية.
الهاملي: شراكة لبناء القدرات وتعزيز النمو المشترك
وقال سعادة محمود الهاملي:
” تمثل هذه الشراكة خطوة استراتيجية نحو بناء تعاون طويل الأمد بين مجموعة أبوظبي للطيران وإيركايرو، يقوم على تكامل الخبرات والقدرات وتوظيف نقاط القوة لدى الجانبين لخلق قيمة مشتركة وفتح آفاق أوسع للنمو. ويمتد التعاون ليشمل مجالات استراتيجية تغطي منظومة الطيران بصورة متكاملة، بدءًا من التدريب وبناء القدرات، والصيانة، وتنمية وتطوير الأساطيل وحلولها، وصولًا إلى تطوير القدرات التشغيلية والفنية والتجارية واستكشاف فرص جديدة عبر مختلف حلقات قطاع الطيران.”
وأضاف:
«طموحنا هو بناء نموذج شراكة مستدام وقابل للتوسع، يعزز تنافسية الطرفين ويدعم حضورهما في مصر والأسواق الإقليمية، ويستفيد من التكامل بين الخبرات المصرية والإماراتية لتطوير قدرات جديدة وخلق فرص نمو ذات قيمة مضافة للجانبين، بما يسهم في دعم تطور قطاع الطيران وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والاستراتيجي بين جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
حسين شريف: شراكة تفتح آفاقاً جديدة أمام إيركايرو
وأكد الأستاذ حسين شريف، رئيس شركة إيركايرو، أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يمثل خطوة مهمة في استراتيجية الشركة الرامية إلى بناء شراكات نوعية مع مؤسسات الطيران الرائدة في المنطقة، مشيراً إلى أن التعاون مع مجموعة أبوظبي للطيران يتيح فرصاً واسعة للاستفادة من الخبرات والإمكانات المتكاملة لدى الجانبين.
وقال شريف إن إيركايرو تنظر إلى هذه الشراكة باعتبارها منصة حقيقية لدعم خطط النمو والتوسع، ليس فقط على مستوى الأسطول، وإنما أيضاً من خلال تطوير القدرات التشغيلية والفنية والتدريبية، والاستفادة من الخبرات المتخصصة في مجالات الصيانة وحلول الأساطيل وتأجير الطائرات.
وأضاف أن التعاون يكتسب أهمية خاصة في ظل النمو المتسارع الذي يشهده قطاع الطيران في المنطقة، مؤكداً تطلع إيركايرو إلى تحويل مجالات التعاون الواردة في مذكرة التفاهم إلى مشروعات عملية ومستدامة تسهم في تعزيز تنافسية الشركة ودعم حضورها في الأسواق المصرية والإقليمية.
وأوضح شريف أن التكامل بين الخبرات المصرية والإماراتية يمثل أحد أهم عناصر القوة في هذه الشراكة، معرباً عن ثقته في أن تفتح المذكرة الباب أمام فرص جديدة للتعاون والاستثمار وتطوير الخدمات والقدرات في قطاع الطيران.
يذكر أنه و بتشريف وزير الطيران المدني ، حضر مراسم التوقيع خلال فاعليات معرض العلمين الدولي للطيران وفد رفيع المستوى من من الجانبين.
ويعكس هذا الحضور رفيع المستوى أهمية مذكرة التفاهم، وما تمثله من فرصة لبناء تعاون متعدد المجالات بين مؤسسات متخصصة في مختلف حلقات منظومة الطيران.
ومن المنتظر أن تسهم الشراكة في تعزيز التكامل بين القدرات التشغيلية والفنية والتجارية للطرفين، بما يدعم توسع إيركايرو ويعزز قدرتها على مواكبة احتياجات الأسواق، فضلاً عن فتح المجال أمام تطوير مشروعات مشتركة جديدة في مصر والمنطقة.

In a move reflecting the growing Egyptian-Emirati cooperation in the aviation sector, the International Airshow and Space Exhibition at El Alamein witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AIRCAIRO and Abu Dhabi Aviation Group (ADA), marking the launch of a long-term strategic partnership aimed at establishing an integrated platform for growth, expanding capabilities, and enhancing operational and commercial integration between the two sides.
In the presence of Egyptian Civil Aviation Minister , The MoU was signed on behalf of Abu Dhabi Aviation Group by H.E. Mahmoud Al Hammadi, Group Chief Executive Officer, and on behalf of AIRCAIRO by Mr. Hussein Sherif, Chairman &CEO, who is spearheading the company’s efforts to strengthen its strategic partnerships and support its ambitious expansion and growth plans.
The MoU seeks to leverage the combined expertise, capabilities and resources of both parties in support of AIRCAIRO’s strategic and operational growth plans and fleet expansion. It also provides a framework for expanding cooperation in aircraft leasing and fleet solutions, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), training, and the enhancement of operational capabilities.
The agreement further establishes a framework for the joint development of new strategic projects and opportunities across the aviation sector, both in Egypt and regional markets. This is expected to create new opportunities for sustainable growth and reinforce the position of both parties as active partners within the regional aviation ecosystem.
Al Hammadi: A Partnership to Build Capabilities and Drive Joint Growth
Commenting on the partnership, H.E. Mahmoud Al Hammadi said:
“This partnership represents a strategic step toward building long-term cooperation between Abu Dhabi Aviation Group and Air Cairo, based on the integration of expertise and capabilities and on leveraging the respective strengths of both parties to create shared value and unlock broader opportunities for growth.
“The cooperation extends across strategic areas covering the aviation ecosystem in an integrated manner, ranging from training and capacity building, maintenance, and fleet development and solutions to the advancement of operational, technical and commercial capabilities, while exploring new opportunities across the various segments of the aviation industry.”
He added:

Mr. Hussein Sherif, AIRCAIRO Chairman & CEO , emphasized that the signing of the MoU represents an important milestone in the company’s strategy to build high-value partnerships with leading aviation organizations across the region.
He noted that cooperation with Abu Dhabi Aviation Group presents extensive opportunities to capitalize on the complementary expertise and capabilities of both parties.

The signing ceremony, held as part of the International Airshow and Space Exhibition at El Alamein, was attended by a high-level delegation both sides.
