إيركايرو وإيرباص تعززان شراكتهما الاستراتيجية بتوسيع اتفاقيات دعم الأسطول وخدمات اقطع غيار الطائرات

العلمين، مصر – سبتمبر 2026: أعلنت شركة إيركايرو (AIRCAIRO) وشركة إيرباص (Airbus) عن تعزيز شراكتهما الاستراتيجية طويلة الأمد، من خلال تمديد اتفاقية خدمات ساعات الطيران (Flight Hour Services – FHS)، إلى جانب توسيع نطاق اتفاقية تجميع وتوفير قطع الغيار (Spare Parts Pool Agreement)، بما يدعم احتياجات أسطول إيركايرو الحالي والمستقبلي ويعزز مستويات الجاهزية الفنية والاعتمادية التشغيلية.

ويأتي هذا التعاون في إطار استراتيجية إيركايرو الرامية إلى مواصلة تطوير وتحديث أسطولها، ورفع كفاءة عمليات الصيانة والدعم الفني، وضمان توافر المكونات وقطع الغيار الحيوية، بما يتواكب مع خطط الشركة للتوسع في شبكة رحلاتها على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.

توسيع نطاق خدمات الدعم وقطع غيار الطائرات

وبموجب الاتفاقية الممددة، ستواصل إيركايرو الاستفادة من منظومة Airbus Flight Hour Services، التي توفر دعمًا متكاملًا لقطع الغيار الفنية للطائرات وفقًا لمعدلات التشغيل واحتياجات الأسطول، بما يسهم في تعزيز توافرتلك المكونات الفنية و الهندسية ، وتحسين تخطيط أعمال الصيانة، والحد من فترات توقف الطائرات عن الخدمة.

كما تتضمن الشراكة توسيع نطاق اتفاقية تجميع قطع الغيار القائمة بين الجانبين، بما يتيح لإيركايرو وصولًا أوسع إلى المخزون العالمي للمكونات الفنية للطائرات و قطع الغيار التابع لإيرباص، ويعزز قدرتها على تلبية احتياجات الصيانة بصورة أكثر مرونة وكفاءة، لا سيما بالنسبة إلى أسطولها المتنامي من طائرات Airbus A320ceo وA320neo.

ومن شأن هذا الدعم الموسع أن يوفر لإيركايرو مرونة أكبر في إدارة احتياجات المكونات الفنية و الهندسية وقطع الغيار، مع تعزيز جاهزية الأسطول وتقليل احتمالات التأخير أو خروج الطائرات من الخدمة لأسباب مرتبطة بتوافر المكونات الفنية.

دعم خطط تطوير الأسطول والرحلات طويلة المدى

يمثل توسيع نطاق التعاون بين إيركايرو وإيرباص أيضًا ركيزة مهمة ضمن الرؤية المستقبلية للشركة لتطوير أسطولها وتعزيز قدراتها التشغيلية.

وفي هذا السياق، يشمل التعاون المستقبلي خطط إيركايرو لإدخال طائرات Airbus A330 ضمن أسطولها، بما يدعم توجه الشركة نحو توسيع شبكة وجهاتها وتعزيز حضورها في أسواق الرحلات طويلة المدى.

ويعكس هذا التوجه استراتيجية إيركايرو الرامية إلى بناء أسطول أكثر حداثة وكفاءة، والاستفادة من البنية التحتية والخبرات الفنية العالمية التي توفرها إيرباص عبر منظومة متكاملة تشمل الطائرات وخدمات الدعم الفني والصيانة والمكونات.

وقال السيد حسين شريف، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إيركايرو:

خدمات إيرباص لساعات الطيران

تقدم خدمات Flight Hour Services من إيرباص لشركات الطيران حلولًا متكاملة لدعم مكونات الطائرات وفق نموذج قائم على الاستخدام، بما يسهم في تعزيز توافر قطع الغيار، وتبسيط تخطيط أعمال الصيانة، وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.

ومن خلال الاستفادة من هذه الحلول المتكاملة لإدارة المواد وقطع الغيار، ستتمكن AIRCAIRO

من خفض النفقات الرأسمالية الأولية، والاستفادة من تكاليف صيانة ثابتة وقابلة للتنبؤ. كما يضمن نموذج Flight Hour Services مستويات عالية من موثوقية الأسطول من خلال توفير وصول مضمون إلى قطع الغيار، والاستفادة من الخبرات المتخصصة في مكونات الطائرات، إلى جانب أحدث أدوات التحليل الرقمي القائمة على البيانات.

ويعزز هذا الاتفاق حضور إيرباص في أسواق النمو الرئيسية، ويدعم مكانتها باعتبارها ثاني أكبر مزود لخدمات “الدفع مقابل ساعة الطيران” (Power-by-the-Hour) في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، من خلال 9 عملاء وأكثر من 200 طائرة مشمولة بعقود الخدمة. كما يوسع الاتفاق نطاق حضور إيرباص عالميًا، حيث تدعم خدماتها أكثر من 55 عميلًا ونحو 1,800 طائرة عبر مختلف خطوط منتجات إيرباص.

AIRCAIRO and Airbus Strengthen Strategic Partnership

Through Extended Flight Hour Services Agreement

El Alamein, Egypt, September 2026 — AIRCAIRO and Airbus have further strengthened their long-standing strategic partnership through the extension of their Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) agreement, alongside the expansion of the airline’s fleet support requirements and component services coverage.

The extended agreement reinforces AIRCAIRO’s commitment to enhancing operational reliability, optimizing maintenance performance and ensuring the availability of critical aircraft components as the airline continues to expand and modernize its fleet.

As part of the enhanced cooperation, AIRCAIRO will expand the scope of its existing Spare Parts Pool Agreement, increasing access to Airbus’ global component pool and strengthening the availability of critical spare parts to support the airline’s growing Airbus fleet, including both A320ceo and A320neo aircraft.

The expanded support will provide AIRCAIRO with greater flexibility in managing component requirements, helping to reduce aircraft downtime and support the airline’s operational reliability as it continues to grow its domestic, regional and international network.

The addition of the A330 project to the scope of future cooperation reflects AIRCAIRO’s ambition to expand its network and develop its long-haul capabilities, while continuing to build on the strong technical and operational foundations established through its existing Airbus fleet.

Airbus Flight Hour Services offers airlines comprehensive, utilization-based component support to boost parts availability, streamline maintenance planning, and drive operational performance.

By leveraging these integrated material solutions, Air Cairo will reduce upfront capital expenditure and secure fixed, predictable maintenance costs. The FHS model ensures high fleet reliability through guaranteed spare parts access, deep component expertise, and advanced data-driven digital analytics.

This agreement further reinforces Airbus’s footprint across key growth markets, strengthening its position as the second-largest Power-by-the-Hour provider in the Middle East and Africa with 9 customers and over 200 contracted aircraft, while expanding its global reach to support more than 55 customers and 1,800 aircraft across all Airbus product lines.
